We, MoringaGarden Tenerife - hereinafter referred to as ‘the company’ - abide by the laws that govern data protection and take your privacy seriously. • host name of accessing computer (IP address),

This data is for the employees of our company and is not assigned to specific people. This data is not merged with other data sources. Moreover, this data is immediately deleted after statistical analysis. To receive purchases and the newsletter, we require a valid email address from you. Your agreement to the storing of this data, the e-mail address as well as their use for sending you the newsletter can be withdrawn by you at any time without having to give a reason. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily offer this data to us in the framework of your goods order, during the creation of a customer account or when registering for our newsletter. We use the data provided by you without your express permission exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order. I accept that with the opening of a customer account, personal data (name, address, e-mail, phone and fax number) and, with separate approval, bank details (bank name, post code and account number) will be stored in a customer database. For future purchases I can then log in with my user name and password and order products without having to enter my details again. This consent can be rescinded with future effect at any time. To withdraw consent, please contact service@moringa-store24.com with a corresponding demand for withdrawal; the data must then be deleted after withdrawal. The passing on of your data occurs to the delivery company commissioned with delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We also transfer your payment data to the financial institution commissioned with the processing of the payment. Matters concerning confidentiality will be dealt with in accordance with legal requirements. In several places, our website uses what are known as cookies. These serve to make our service more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are what are known as “session cookies”. These are automatically deleted after your visit. You have the right to be informed about stored data pertaining to your person, the origin and recipients of such data, the authorisation, blocking or deletion of data as well as the withdrawal of consents granted and the reason why this data was processed.

Google Analytics and Google Re-Marketing This website uses Google Analytics and Google Remarketing. These are services of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by cookies on your use of this website (including your IP address) will usually be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google adheres to the data protection provisions of the “US Safe Harbor” agreement and is registered with the “Safe Harbor” programme of the US Department of Commerce. If using an anonymous IP address on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google as being within a European Union member state or other state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the whole IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there, so as to preclude links to an individual person. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and other information on website usage as well as the internet related services related to the website operator. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. The IP address transmitted by your browser for use within Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You can refuse the saving of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software; we would like to point out however that you will not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full capacity if you do so. You can also prevent the acquisition of data generated by the cookie and on your use of the website (incl. your IP address) that is sent to Google for processing, by downloading and installing the available plug-in at the following link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. The browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics gives you more control over what data is collected by websites using Google Analytics. The add-on instructs the JavaScript code of Google Analytics so that no information from the website visit is sent to Google Analytics. The browser add-on for the deactivation of Google Analytics is available for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera. In addition, we have also made adjustments so that Google Analytics deletes the last part of the IP address of visitors to our website. In this way, we do not acquire data that makes you personally identifiable. Given the debate about the use of analytical tools with full IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the “anonymise IP” code and IP addresses will therefore only be processed in a shortened form to prevent persons from being identified.
Google Re-Marketing is a Google Inc. advertising service that allows previous visitors of the website to be shown targeted advertising on our website and third party websites, including Google. You as a user profit from it in that we present (by display advertising) adverts that match your areas of interest. User identification is achieved by cookies in the web browser. You can find more information on cookies used by Google athttp://www.google.com/policies/technologies/types/. No IP addresses or personal data will be merged with other data at Google, in particular usage data, within the framework of Re-Marketing. You can edit your settings or object to Google Re-Marketing in the Google ads preferences manager (link on https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/). Alternatively, you can prevent Re-Marketing by deactivating cookies in your browser settings.

Use of Facebook plugins (Like button) This website uses plugins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). If you access our website from web pages which have such a plugin, this creates a link to the Facebook servers and the plugin is shown on the web page by a message to your browser. The Facebook server will automatically receive information on which of our websites you have visited. If you are a Facebook member and are also logged in, Facebook will associate this information with your personal Facebook account. When using the plugin functions (e.g. clicking on the "like" button, making a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account; you can only prevent this from happening by logging out before using the plugin. More information on the acquisition and usage of data via Facebook and on your legal rights for protecting your privacy can be found in the Facebook privacy policy.

In the link below you will find Facebook’s privacy policy with more information on the acquisition and utilisation of data through Facebook, your rights regarding this, as well as settings options for protecting your privacy:http://de-de.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=10150367530590301&id=69178204322
